If your ice cream or gelato arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 7 days for a full refund or replacement. Items should be returned in their original, sealed packaging.
If your delivery arrives with melted or damaged gelato, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement right away.
